Very convenient as a stop over before catching Eurostar. However, room was very warm, even though temperature outside was not particularly high. A fan was provided, but was noisy. Did not make for a good night's sleep. Bracket for shower hose was broken, making showering tricky.

It is really good for its price among London's other accomodation options. The staff was really nice in helping out with my check in, luggage storage as well as finding my lost items. It is good for a short stay, just remember your own pad locks.

It started with lovely staff member.

Reception staff were nice. Room was clean but dark. On suite bathroom clean. I was reserved a bottom bunk because of disability. I would use again.

Excellent location

Great location and friendly reception. The beds are clean and comfortable although the room is small. No issue if you are out all day and only come back to sleep.
