"Great hotel little gem. We came to Chattanooga TN for the Jfest 2025 at Tennessee Riverpark. Hotel was conveniently close to restaurants and shopping areas. Our room was as clean as one will expect a room to be, and had everything needed for our two night stay. Rooms come with nicely sized complimentary hand soap/lotion, bodywash gel, shampoo and conditioner. They all smelled so good that we did not use toiletries we brought. Beds and pillows were so comfortable! Pool area, fire pit area and hotel landscaping was so pretty and super clean as expected in any great hotel! Grayson was the Lobby Associate. She had excellent guest interaction skills and very detail oriented. She noticed we had put our room keys close to our phones and once she noticed that proactively asked for keys to fix them so we will not have to come back down to lobby to have them re-activated. I truly appreciated that. It had been a while since I last traveled and had forgotten about that. "

"The property was overall great other than our bathroom flooding out from leaking above us. Everything was great. We were however, moved to another room and everything was made right we will definitely be staying there again."
