- Guest have access to the whole house except the garage
- No parking on Holliston Ave on Sat and Sun 12pm to 8pm. The drive way can fit up to 4 cars.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.

- The hot tub can be adjust temperature to your prefer
- Pasadena city code does not allow Party or Event.
- No yelling, screaming, or loud music after 9pm.
- If the neighbor call the police, you will be responsible to pay the citation/fine for $100 to $500
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.
-House can accommodate up to 13 guests but please note that the 13th guest will need to sleep on the couch
-Please put the cover of the hot tub/jacuzzi after use.
