Beautiful Large Studio With a Private Bathroom In The Heart of Santa Monica


The studio is a completely self contained unit with a separate entrance from the patio. It is equipped with a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Patio, pool, gym etc are all available to guests.
Large studio with a walk-in closet, dressing area and bathroom with a tub and separate shower. Big California King size bed, flat TV, double desk. Hardwood floors and big glass sliding doors to the back yard with pool, barbecue and private gym.

Quiet residential area and prime location in the heart of Santa Monica but with easy access to the downtown with numerous restaurants, movie theaters and of course the beach. Within walking distance to the trendy Montana Avenue with many one of a kind boutiques, excellent restaurants, coffee shops.

The studio is attached to the main house. The property has a large back yard with a built in barbecue, pool (not heated) and gym, all are available to guests to use.

Street parking is very easy and always available next to the house. Check in and check out is flexible.

Absolutely loved our stay at Aviva’s studio in Santa Monica. From start to finish the experience was exceptional. The host went above and beyond with outstanding service making our stay perfect. My Wife and I had a wonderful 3 nights stay at Aviva’s beautiful rental. Pictures don’t do it justice, large living area, bathroom and so much storage space made it easy to unpack. The outdoor patio was my favorite, spent most of our time while at the unit enjoying the outside. Seating in the shade or sun, whatever you wanted. Add in how quiet it was made returning each day a great place to relax. Very nice neighborhood Would definitely recommend

Perfect Tranquil Hideaway

This is my second stay--the property is private, relaxing, and very comfortable. The studio is quite large and has everything a person could need. There is a large desk which is perfect for the business traveler and it is very quiet so getting a good night's sleep is easy. I cannot recommend this location more highly. I have already booked by stay for next summer.

Wonderful Stay in Santa Monica

The property is beautiful, the host lovely, and the location is highly walkable. Easy stroll to Montana shops, catch the Big Blue bus just down the street, and easy drives to the beach,Westwood, and the Getty museum. The room was beautifully appointed with comfy bedding, office desk and chair, books, small table/chairs to dine on and gorgeous artwork. The bathroom was a luxury with a large tub, shower and an expansive sink area. With a microwave, mini fridge and coffee/tea amenities, we had what we needed to get the day going and store and heat up some breakfast/lunch items - perfect for our needs. Lastly, access to the patio/gym was a huge bonus. Thank You!

Nice place, wonderful host.

We were in town to see our daughter perform in USC's opera and needed a place to stay for just a few nights. This place was great. Very comfortable, spacious, clean. The room could use another comfortable sitting chair. The bed was a bit too firm for us but we made do. The bathroom was great! The shower is a bit small, but nice. Our daughter visited and used the tub (since her tiny apartment doesn't have one), and loved it. Aviva, our host, was wonderful! The backyard/pool area was very relaxing. We got to watch a hummingbird building its nest. The pool wasn't heated, so we didn't use it, but we weren't there to swim. The small gym in the pool house was nice.
