Acceptable for one night stay

Mixed bag. Front desk was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Mattress was firm and comfortable. Room temperature was good. Breakfast seemed ok but it started too late for us to stay and enjoy. Now the not so great- The pillow was strangely lumpy and hard. The mini fridge was so loud I just unplugged it. The toilet did not fully flush - thank goodness no one had to do number 2. It was fine for what it was - a quick one night stay.

I asked for a different room that didn't face the freeway. They let me get another one that was away from the traffic. It was nice and quiet. Breakfast was very good.

The tub faucet was in dire need of a new gasket- it wasn’t just dripping; it was a constant trickle. Tried my best to shut it tight. Housekeeping tried as well with no success. I hope they call a plumber. Freeway noise is tolerable if you’re not a light sleeper. The 10 freeway is across the street!

I have to say this was the first time staying at a Best Western inn in a long time . The only thing that may need a upgrade are the beds little uncomfortable, besides that quick check in, very clean rooms
