Clean room-Yes! Staff are very nice and accomodating! For the AC-the problem is when we tried turning it on, the room will smells pee...thought it's coming from the carpet or in the bathroom...then I figured it out, it's coming from the window which we saw a lot of homeless in the alley near the parking garage....

The AC kept the room cool, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the room was spacious. I did notice that our bathroom light flickered maybe 2 times and I think it could just be the light switch or something.

This Hotel was completely different from picture in the ad. It is in a area not suitable for families. Very unsafe. Sirens and loud noises all night long. Otherwise clean, staff polite and courteous. But would never come back.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The room was incredibly spacious. Everything was spotless, from the floors to the bathroom, which immediately put me at ease. One of the highlights was the in-room jacuzzi. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. Clean, well-maintained, and easy to operate; exactly what you'd hope for. The bed was another standout. Extremely comfortable with quality linens and plush pillows. I slept like a rock, which says a lot because I'm usually a light sleeper. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and amenities. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-kept place to stay!

Location is close to major downtown LA tourist attractions. The surrounding area is kind of borderline in terms of security but not much of insecure impression during the daytime. Elevator is operated by the key card to go up. Basement garage parking was convenient. The A/C runs very noisy! We had to turn it off at night. Maybe for certain room(s) but better check before night to complain.
