Had a one-night weekend stay and was very happy with the experience. At check-in, Richie noted our request for a quiet room and generously upgraded us to a suite, even though we had a ground-floor reservation. The extra space made a real difference for a calm, focused evening before an important event. He also shared some great local dining tips, which we appreciated. The hotel isn't brand new, but it's well kept and clean -- overall a comfortable and thoughtful stay. Big thanks to the staff for the care and service!

Best part of the stay was the front desk staff. Richard was very friendly and efficient in his tasks. The three building facility is nice, clean and the room was spacious especially for the price. Would stay again. Only thing i do not understand is, why have a kitchenette with no pots, pans, or flatware

The windows in the room couldn’t be opened, so it felt stuffy inside, especially with the kitchen. There were also a lot of bugs outside during our barbecue. Most importantly, one of the staff members was rude, which was very disappointing. I expected better from Hilton.

Housekeeping didn’t clean the room. When I asked the front desk, they said the cleaning staff saw a “privacy” sign — but no such sign was ever placed. The front desk manager, Henry Kamar spoke to me in a very rude and judgmental tone when I brought up the issue. His attitude was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. A person in that role should know how to treat guests with basic respect. His behavior alone lowered the overall quality of my stay.
