This hotel didn’t have breakfast to offer, the WiFi didn’t work in my room and also there was no airport shuttle, I stayed in Ramada Houston and they had everything, my stay was so much better there.

This place was a step above Motel 6. It’s old and rusty. There is adequate parking and is in close distance to the airport. The wait to check in was long, due to someone’s room being emptied (for the 2nd time.)

It is a very old hotel. HVAC in the room was making so much noise that we couldn't sleep all night. The bathroom floor was broken. All in all, it was a really bad stay and I would never stay again at this hotel.

Nothing worked in the room, missing lamp shade, tv remote etc. Changed rooms and there was no wifi. Was told not every room had wifi, staff didnt know what rooms had wifi. No mangement on site during the weekend, front desk didnt care. Stayed one 1 night of 21daydays. Dont waste your time or money

Room smell like chemicals or humidity. It was hard to breathe. I got room changed but second room was not much different. Had to leave window open to help with smell however it was impossible to sleep with all the noise from the freeway. The bathroom was not clean and there were cockroaches around. Room was not clean. TV didn’t work. Asked for body wash and was told they didn’t have any. Online advertised free continental breakfast and when asked, they worker stated they do not do that. Awful hotel.
