A convenient location and place to sleep

Was close location and convenient to the LA Convention Center and a place to rest, shower and sleep. Had an issue with the refrigerator not working so the owner and his son replaced it right away.

We booked hoping they had improved. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed one because found a bed bug in a "clean, fresh" sheets we requested after we had already stayed one night.

The room was clean, but very dated. The neighborhood a bit sketchy. Okay for a night, but wouldn't necessarily recommend it for much.
