This fabulous property is filled with tons of natural light and good energy. It boasts a designer kitchen with Italian marble countertops, Italian plaster walls throughout and white solid oak floors. 3 beautiful bedrooms featuring the most comfortable new mattresses. A loft/ snug which can also be used as a 4th bedroom. 3 bathrooms with bathtubs and shower,

The Great room features 16 ft ceilings, magnificent windows, fire place and a 5ft designer brass chandelier and RH cloud sectional-the most comfortable sofa on the planet! On the top floor there is a 700 sq ft rooftop with stunning views of the ocean and Venice canals.
