A beautiful tree house cottage in a very quiet little village just north of LA. We are a 5 minute walk to the Gold Line Metro which can take you to Union Station, the Hollywood Bowl, Staples Center and the beach as well as numerous other sought after destinations in and around Los Angeles and Hollywood. We are right off of the famous and historic Route 66 where the original Fair Oaks Pharmacy and Soda fountain sits since 1905. We are about 2 miles to the Rose Parade starting point and float line-up and the Rose Bowl. We have a nice selection of restaurants, in our little town, and even our own Irish pub for imbibing your favorite beverage or to enjoy some live entertainment.
Dodger stadium is a short distance by car or ride-share and is right next to Chinatown. Neighboring Pasadena is of course, a whole 'nother world of foodies paradise and wonderland of things to do.

A delightful place!!

This wonderful place is so perfect, it makes a delightful stay in south Pasadena. The apartment has everything you need. Great for a couple! Just a short walk to great coffee (Jones) and really great food—especially breakfast: the Harvest Grill. Walking around the neighborhood is also a pleasure. Very quiet and comfortable. We went to the Rose Bowl and Parade and this place was perfectly located to be out of the hubub but close enough for easy access to all of the festivities.
