We needed a 2 rooms near LAX as we had an early flight. We reviewed the web site and reviews and booked months ago. Check in was fine, lobby was crowded with lots of activity. We Both rooms on the ninth floor. Room 931 was horrible. Weird musky smell. Bed had quite a bit of hair on cover. One pillow case had dirt and stains. The bath tub finish was peeling off. The bathroom door was covers in stains and who knows what. I asked the front desk for another room. However they indicated they were full. They had a pillow case brought Up to the roomup.chargfo131.00

Close to LAX, shuttle to airport by the hour. Depends on what time of day, front desk is very helpful at times. Not much in the area except an awesome mexican restaurant Casa Gamino... top food excellent service!

The hallway was full of people with dogs and the smell of drugs was everywhere. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and there was a cockroach on the bathtub. I would never stay here again I'm sorry. I also tried to call the front desk and you can never reach anyone.

id say for what i paid, $58 a night this is 5 stars, but ive seen it go for over 100 a night which would be like 3 stars. its got very good security. there is active security guards and so many cameras everywhere on every floor. its close to Sofi, a walmart, food, and several other things. i would recommend staying here if you get it under $100 a night, then again its LA everywhere is expensive, the marriott near by was $200 so you get what you pay for, and i was extremely satisfied with my stay.

Got a great price. The place was kept very clean, and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Obviously, it isn't a luxury resort, but fantastic bang for one's buck.
