My husband, our two month old son, and I stayed here for one night while in town visiting family. It was by the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in and the parking lot was full of unsavory, sketchy folks.

Receptionist was not at the desk I waited a long time mind you I drove from Las Vegas. I called the number and told them I was waiting. The internet reception was bad and the tv wasn’t working I couldn’t watch the game. Limited parking. Also the housekeeper told me not to dirty the towels I told her I wouldn’t have to if the floors were clean to begin with.

Room was not clean. Mildew in shower. Refrigerator and freezer were dirty, still had food crumbs. Towels were thin and old. Wash cloth had big hole.

I booked two non-smoking rooms and both rooms smelled like smoke. Front desk staff stated hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available. We had to sleep in those rooms with children.

I picked this location because everyone had great reviews for it. It was incredibly dirty, and i even had to request a different room because the smell was so bad. People were screaming inside one of the rooms and seemed like a bad area. Definitely sad i picked this location.

The floors we're filthy. We stayed for four nights and for three nights we complained that the room was not cleaned, each time they said they would clean it and they never did. The sheets were never changed. We have to continue going down to the main office to ask for new towels. The TV doesn't work, the internet barely works. The phone to connect from the office from the hotel didn't work, and three times over they said they would come and fix it, but never did. The couch looked like someone had died on it, absolutely filthy and full of stains. We asked for a blanket to put over the couch so that we can sit on it. We found cockroaches inside the couch and all over the room on our last night there. Please don't stay here. The only thing positive I have to say about this place is that there's an extra parking lot in the back. I could barely sleep on my last night here. Terrible experience
