A brand new renovation on all the entire second-floor unit with private main door smart-lock entrance, and easy driveway parking access.

Creating comfortable space for 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, kitchen-living room and spacious balcony.

During your stay you will find a comfortable Queen size bed in the master room with private bathroom, and two twins bed at the second room, both with smart TV,

A additional Full bath on the hallway,
And a middle size Sofa-bed in the living room.

All this in a spacious and comfortable accommodation to relax from beginning of your stay to the end, like at home away from home

Cleanliness
Nenas Home Adventure!
Has been maintaining strict cleaning and disinfection protocols in the premises.
After each check-out, we take the necessary time thoroughly disinfecting of high-touch areas, such as light switches, doors handles, remotes, countertops, etc, in addition to general cleaning.
Guest access
You have access to the entire second-floor unit using the private main door entrance with smart-lock function, specifically dedicated to our costumes,
Code provided prior to arrival.

Accessible parking at the entrance to your left of the driveway.
Please don’t park to the right side of the garage entry.

Note: NO parking in the street on Mondays front 8am -12pm, avoid city tickets.
TRAILERS/MOTOR-HOME are NOT permitted as per the HOA guidelines.

The host are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
