horrible Honeymoon experience

This was my first trip to Los Cabos Mexico. People rant and rave over this location! Unfortunately, it's probably before the hurricane! This was our honeymoon vacation! We had the honeymoon suit, which was beautiful. Although, we were woken up by construction every morning and a family of kids running around right above us. When we arrived we specifically mentioned it was our Honeymoon. Sad to say, but there was nothing done for us that made it special!!!! Just a regular all inclusive. We heard Others had a honeymoon banner on the door and a bottle of champagne as they were welcomed to their suit, which they had forgot to give us. Only after we complained was something done about it. ( after we heard by other couples 5 days later!) The lady at the front dest (Nora) was supposed to get back to us about activities, and special events we could be part of- but my husband and I never were notified. Some days our room wasn't cleaned. The Beds weren't made and towels weren't replaced. We had to call and ask them to send someone to clean up the room and remove the old towels and dishes that were left overnight. The restaurants were not fully staffed ( cooks on their cells while cooking) and the French restaurant still is not opened. The only decent restaurant was the Italian one "Portofino", but even that was hit or miss. The sea bass was cooked like leather! It is Not as they advertise "gourmet" cooking! The food is not eatable- octopus not well cooked at all- it was se

Stayed for 4 nights, All food was fantastic! Grounds were immaculate! All staff was great! Alexas at the Beach bar was the best! Give him a promotion!

Had an Incredible experience at Dreams Los Cabos. The staff was amazing. The rooms are big and spacious. The view is incredible and we had a beautiful room with a balcony. Definitely a relaxing vacation. Took my husband for his 50th birthday and had a great time. The restaurants are very nice. First time at this hotel and will definitely be coming back. Perfect for all ages.

Fabulous Comfortable Hotel

DREAM vacation

It was a amazing stay! However the food wasn't that good considering it's an all inclusive I expected better food and somewhat bigger portions!

Dreams was a dream. Perfect vacation spot.

Pros: Mainly the staff. Everyone we met was warm and charming. The really go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Great excursions as well.
Cons: Not a thing. Best vacation spot ever.
Location: There are so many things to do on the site that you don't really need to leave but it is a fairly short cab ride into Cabo itself.
Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location. The staff is delightful; extremely warm and genuinely friendly. The suite was beautiful and everything was perfect. We will definitely return.
