We’ve come here multiple times. The amenities are great and we really enjoy the breakfast buffet. Service for all inclusive members can be on the slower side, but we enjoy the variety and the shuttle to the marina. The rooms are clean and the staff is kind and helpful.

Beautiful resort , very well maintained , staff was very friendly and helpful, a bit understaffed in some areas but the staff available did their absolute best. The food was above average, just make sure you inquire about what’s included in the all inclusive plan when you check in , as we were not informed room service was not included and ended up paying a hefty bill for one the the nights we got room service. In all I highly recommend the resort and would go back in the future.

Pros: 1. Shuttle to marina every 2 hours. 2. Some(not all) waiters and chefs are kind and accommodating. 3. Beautiful views from resort. Cons: 1. Very limited options for all-inclusive 2. Language issues- Most of the waiters/waitresses/cleaners cannot speak or understand English 3. Old buildings, old small rooms, old elevators, low maintenance. Elevators took forever to work. 4. All inclusive does not include 24 hours food availability, or coffee availability, no food available after 10pm as the limited number of restaurants included in the all-inclusive plan are closed after 10pm. 5. Cleaning service is slow and random(repeated requests for cleaning, some days were just missed). 6. Basic toiletries like razor, tooth paster, tooth brush are not provided. You need to pay a ridiculous price to get them. 7. Only breakfast options for vegetarians were potatoes, beans, fruit, yogurts, and different types of bread/pastries. 8. They force you to use their paid(expensive $85 for taxi, $100 for shuttle for family of 4) transportation to airport by not allowing uber/lyft inside their resort. 9. All inclusive is a joke with no food after 10pm, extra payment for room service, no coffee in any restaurant during lunch time, literally no vegetarian options for vegetarians. 10. Improper labeling of food items. Non vegetarian food like caesar salad, rice cooked in chicken broth were labeled vegetarian. 11. Bedding quality was not great, not cotton, making it uncomfortable to sleep in. 12.

We booked the Luxury Suite with a soaking pool on the balcony but were not given that room, despite booking months in advance. We were told it was unavailable, yet other guests signing for property ownership were shown those rooms while we were told they were occupied. We were not offered a credit due to the wrong room being given. Staff and food were great, but carts were hard to get so we walked a lot. No real entertainment—resort is very quiet after 10pm.”

Don't recommend. Overbooked and gave away our room then pretended to upgrade us only to give us a horrible room overlooking an active construction site the water in the room was brown and even though we paid for premium all inclusive it took 24 hours to get any water in the fridge then my daughter got food poisoning. The staff is split between management who repeatedly pretend they are going to help you and then never do and some wonderful,really hard working front line staff like Mia who are forced to deal with lots of unhappy guests day in and day out.

Starting with the good and ending with the bad. The staff was wonderful from the golf cart drivers to the wait staff they were all excellent. If I were to rate the hotel based only on the staff they would get a 5+ stars. The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are very well maintained. The roof top pool was amazing. The all inclusive is very confusing! Upon arrival they tried to up sale us to the premium all inclusive package!? which was very expensive and frankly you don't need it. They make you sign a bill for everything. Every meal, every drink. they even make you sign a bill every hour if your just sitting at the pool. This is very inconvenient and cumbersome! It seems to slow up everything from the time to get a drink to the time it takes to eat at a restaurant. The food was good but not great. The mini bar and in room coffee was confusing as it is all marked with stickers stating you have to pay for it even though you don't. Our room was beautiful with a amazing view however we had some problems. On the first day the water coming from all the spickets was dark brown but was fixed the next day, the AC went out in our master but was fixed quickly, our front door would not lock it took 3 days to fix with multiple requests. We ended up wedging a chair under the door knob to keep it secure. Upon leaving and checking out they attempt to make you pay extra taxes and what they call ground maintenance fees. This made me feel nickel and dimed and ended the trip on a low note!

The staff was amazing. Our concierge Salma, kept us up to date on the daily activities at the resort. She booked all our dinners, excursion, and transportation. Isabel and Kevin always attended our needs by the pool. Overall, this resort was amazing and we created great memories here. We would definitely come back again!

The resort was beautiful. Staff were always very lovely, food was delicious, and we found that we did not want to leave the resort as it was already perfect for whale watching, sunrises, and sunsets at the Arch. The only comment we have was the state of our room. We think rooms need a bit of an upgrade, especially ventilation in the bathrooms and maybe a bug net for the backyard door. Nonetheless the bed and room were very comfortable and spacious. We also wished for a bit more direction and instruction about what we could/could not access, and at some busy hours we would have to ring several times to reach concierge for a golf cart to transport us. Often we had to make reservations for dinner at restaurants yet they were nearly empty most times we went. Overall would highly recommend this beautiful resort!
