I upgraded my room to an ocean view and was not disappointed. All servers are attentive, all staff really. Food was spectacular. Make sure to ask for the higher shelf liquor and you’ll have a great time. Only stipulation is if you are going to get an uber off the resort you have to walk about 5 minutes down the road which is safe but a little inconvenient but it does drop you off at the lobby.

Staff was amazing. Food was great, but meal times were weird. Room was nice and cozy. The beach front sucked. Just flooded with drug dealers harassing us about buying weed, coke, etc. I’m sure it’s out of the hotel’s control but they do nothing about it.

The nice, clean room provided to us was right next to the stage. There was entertainment/parties that lasted until 1 am nearly every night. There is no chance of sleeping through it-just an FYI. Our family requested rooms together, but we were spread out and two of the rooms door locks were not fully functional. Recommendations are to ensure locks and doors are secure and guests are aware of the noise/parties late into the night. (We thought staying at the all adults would be quieter than the other two properties, but this was definitely not the case.) Staff were all very friendly. We are still unsure of what that extra room credit was available for us to use towards… If you want a pool chair, better get to the pool early-all people were reserving chairs regardless of the posted signs that it’s not allowed. We really did have a good time there-just got no sleep and had some safety concerns. Steakhouse was the best food. We wished there were better options for wine, but it’s very easy to get drinks throughout the property.

Voleris over charged me for a checked in bag was charged 2 bags when only taking one the day I found I had a $350 charge for 2 bags I called my credit card company to fight the charge the airline canceled my reservation back home and had to buy a new ticket for my partner and I back home after we paid for a round trip we are beyond upset this trip costed us stress and complete ruined our trip.

The room was average. It was my 40th birthday so my expectations were above average. I’m used to being celebrated unpon entry. It definitely felt like a chain hotel instead of a resort. Transportation cost around $18-$20. Easy access to all the local areas. The property could use a deep clean. It feels old and dark. I loved the entertainment schedule but found some of the music was played more than to my liking. The food gets old after 3 days. Breakfast was great but the restaurants were not. In my opinion the only good one exist is the steakhouse. I think the pool could be a lil bigger but overall it’s a nice affordable stay. Turn down service was good until it wasn’t. Be careful leaving belongings in the rooms as there is no policy to protect your property from theft or damage.

The property is a party. If that is what you are looking for you won’t be disappointed. For us it was too loud and a little too young for us. We are fun and fifty but this just wasn’t for us. Our room was great. Nicely decorated, good working AC and clean. It’s a $20 cab ride to the marina area so that gets expensive.

Great location just on the beach. Very professional and courteous staff. Excellent dining options. Just 2.5 km from the center of the town - 40 minutes walk. Hotel and facilities are spotless clean. I only wish that at least one of the pools was a bit deeper and set for lap swimming.
