Enjoy the adult pool, but the big pool was not available on all sides because of all of the construction going on and the repairs so there were not enough chairs to go around It would have been nice to know that they were at the middle of a construction product because not all restaurants were open. Snack bar was never open.

We enjoyed the buffet and the pool. The drinks were alcohol light so if you want something stronger just stop by the store before you get to the resort. Make sure to make reservations a day before for the Japanese restaurant and for other amenities and restaurants Great time!!

The people were all very nice and helpful. They all get 5 stars. Facilities and food were 3-4 stars. We came during slow season so there was a lot of construction which was understandable but also a little bit of a bummer as the water was low in the pools and the property in general felt a little run down. Food was fine for the few days we were there, but would be a little tough to enjoy for a full week. Overall we got a good deal on it and our 3 year old loved the Noah’s ark pool slides.

I’ll start it off with caveat emptor. The lobby and exterior is beautiful, & a massive resort. I was told by Expedia, “because I’m a platinum member, that the hotel should do a complimentary upgrade if there is availability.” At checked in it appeared to be a completely empty hotel. There were like five families in this massive property. I asked for same, I was told that it would be $20 per night per room (2 rooms 5 nights =$160). I agreed. The only upgrade was a connecting room. I didn’t even care about that. Both rooms didn’t have AC working, asked to change rooms due to 100% humidity & high heat. They sent out maintenance 3 times to come fix it. Spent 3 hrs in my room with maintenance trying to have it fixed instead of just changing my room. The food is OK but only one restaurant open for dinner & a buffet. I recommend people dine at the buffet, because the restaurants are reservation only, and honestly not worth it. Alcohol, almost non existent. The only beer they served was Tecate LIGHT! In 8oz cups, of which they said they ran out 2 nights in a row. The rooms only have 2 bottles of water, which were not replenished during room service. Bring your water bottle because they don’t have anymore bottles anywhere in the hotel. Water fountains only to refill your cups or pitcher. No ice vending machines on any of the floors. There was no bar of soap in my room. Rust water coming from the sink (I have videos). I’ll never stay here again. Save your money. Don’t stay here.
