Located within the peaceful beachfront community of Terrasol, you'll be just a 5-minute walk to the marina and approximately 10 minutes from downtown Cabo's restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and activities.

One of the highlights of this condo is the large private patio, providing the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, take in the ocean breeze, or unwind while watching Cabo's spectacular Pacific sunsets. The elevated third-floor location offers added privacy and beautiful views of the surrounding area.

Inside, the open-concept living space is designed for comfort and convenience. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming space for relaxing, cooking, and spending time together.

The kitchen comes stocked with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and serving pieces. The condo is also supplied with linens, towels, paper products, and many of the essentials needed for a comfortable vacation.

**Please Note:** This condo is located on the third floor and requires climbing two flights of stairs. There is no elevator access.

**Important Resort Fees**

All guests are subject to fees payable directly to Terrasol upon arrival:

Nightly Resort Fee:

* 1–2 guests: $19.50 per night
* 3–4 guests: $24.50 per night

These fees cover all registered guests.

Cleaning Fee:

* $35.00 per stay

**Additional Information**

* This is a non-smoking unit.
* During storm season (July through October), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against weather-related delays or trip cancellations.
* During the months of May through October, Terrasol may have approved renovation and maintenance projects taking place throughout the resort. Construction activity may occur between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
* We are not responsible for weather-related events or other acts of nature beyond our control.
