The primary bedroom is a beautiful room with king size bed, luxury mattress, linens, large smart TV, sitting chair, & full size mirror. The attached en-suite bathroom is newly renovated in 2023 and offers pure indulgence with a luxury walk-in shower, & oversized freestanding tub.

Bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed- luxury mattress, Large TV and is on the main floor.

Bedroom 3 & 4 are upstairs. Both with queen size beds, luxury linens and mattresses & large TV's in each room. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom with walk-in 5' shower that was also newly renovated in the upstairs hall.

Primary en-suite: 1 king Bed
2nd-4th bedrooms: Queen beds

Each bedroom includes large closets.
All bathrooms come with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers.

The home is equipped with high speed internet and all TV's allow you to sign in to your favorite streaming apps.

The FULLY STOCKED kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals and create long lasting memories. The dining room has seating for 8 as well as the kitchen table that seats 4.

There is a Keurig Duo - 1 side is a full size coffee pot, the other for K-Cups
Coffee grinder provided for whole beans coffee
Ground coffee, whole beans coffee, creamers, syrups, teas, sugars and spices are all provided.

Entertainment Galore!

The large pool will certainly be refreshing on the hot Kentucky summer days and the 6 person hot tub can be enjoyed year round. Closeby is the built in fire pit so the entire group can enjoy each others company.

The rear game room in the home offers shuffleboard, board games, a chess/checkers table, large TV and a pool table. This room has French doors leading out to the back deck as well as a gas fireplace in this room.

The front living room is simply stunning. This room offers comfort and style just off the kitchen. The gas fireplace, large TV, 2 chesterfield sofas and the eye catching vaulted poplar ceilings will create the ambiance everyone will enjoy!

Come summertime the back deck will be your outdoor oasis. The large deck will have outdoor dining space, covered gazebo with grill as well as the huge yard to enjoy corn hole!

Just off the kitchen is a conditioned sunroom with plenty of windows overlooking the backyard and pool area. This room has seating and a electric fireplace for ambiance as well as a heat source.

The detached garage has a full size ping pong table in it.

This is a semi rural location. Most people drive here. There is electric vehicle charger in the garage for your convenience. Uber and Lyft are easily available.

Prior to your stay, we require you to sign & agree to our rental conditions and complete a pre-arrival form.

Please familiarize yourself with our Cancellation Policy prior to booking. We strictly adhere to our policies and always encourage guests to purchase optional travel insurance to cover unanticipated changes in travel plans. Hosts are not be responsible for issuing refunds due to changes made outside of the cancellation policy.

Please supervise children while in the pool and hot tub
Do not add add bubbles/salts/oils etc to hot tub or pool
Best to shower/wash off prior to and after hot tub/pool use

** pool and hot tub to be used at your own risk **

IF the hot tub needs water added during your stay during winter months please DO NOT add water yourselves or use the hose. It can lead to burst pipes. Please let host know and we will get that taken care of.
