Booking Information:
- Reach out directly through our website or email for direct bookings - once you have messaged us on a third party platform we have to book you on that platform.
- Additional fees on third-party platforms are enforced by those platforms - we can not reduce or eliminate their fees when a guest uses a 3rd party platform to book at stay. If you send us a message through a third party booking platform regarding the property we will be ONLY able to book your stay through that platform as part of our agreement with that booking platform. IF you found us through a google search and wanted to book direct make sure you do not reach out on these platforms, but contact us directly first.
If you prefer to book a stay through a third party platform we are happy to book you there so please feel free to reach out that way if it is what you prefer. We are happy to book you through however you prefer.
- Strict policy against day guests/visitors that are not included in the reservation (no day guests or unregistered visitors - please register anyone that you want to have at the property during your reservation period).

Within 24hrs of Booking:
1. Provide a copy of state-issued ID
2. Read and sign the electronic Rental Agreement
3. Refundable Security Deposit of $500 required
4. All guest names must be provided for occupancy agreement
5. Disclose all dogs prior to arrival, pay applicable fees, and abide by pet policy
Reservation will be cancelled with retention of $50 booking fee if above is not completed within 24hrs.
