Here are our top highlights before we dive in. There is a fully furnished kitchen, kid toys and beds, Firestick and Apple TV, complimentary coffee bar, outdoor patio and grill, wood fire-pit patio, extravagant bathrooms with makeup bars, three living rooms plus a dining room, and walkout 6 person Hot Tub. This home WILL leave you spoiled. Not to mention keyless entry, elderly ramp + a 1st story bed, bikes to rent, golf clubs to rent, and MORE!

There is a full playground with-in walking distance, grocery stores just 5 minutes away, Estes park a 45 minute drive, Fort Collins to the north and Denver to the south. We are only 2 hours from world class skiing! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and full of friendly neighbors. If you're into biking, a bike path that loops all the way around Loveland cuts right through our neighborhood!

Disclaimers - please see our 3D house model shown in photos to understand the layout. All bedrooms are up or down stair, but we have a VERY NICE pull out bed on the 1st floor with bathroom (no shower) and kitchen/living room access. The Game Room can be very cold in the winter since it is a garage. Wear warm clothes!

FEMALE FRIENDLY
We know a girls night out needs a blow dryers and makeup towels in every bathroom, a steamer and iron for crisp clothes, and a make up bar for close attention to detail. We apologize, but only two showers have multiple shower heads including a rainfall shower. Complimentary soap and shampoo provided.

REMOTE WORKER FRIENDLY
Who says you can’t work on vacation? Every Bedroom has a desk with lamps and space for remote work. A separate monitor and printer can aid in long-winded stretches of work. We have reliable internet with 75mbps download speed.

ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY
We are BIG on environmental health. We use washable cloths for cleaning, along with organic and safe cleaning supplies. Your bums will be happy that we purchase recycled, two-ply toilet paper from 7th Generation. All of our lights are LED energy star saving, and our AC/Heat is high efficiency rated. Please, when you stay - play your part in reducing waste, recycling, and saving energy :)

PET FRIENDLY
We boast a doggy door, covers for our couches, and a poop scooper for easy pick up

ELDERLY FRIENDLY
We have an accessibility ramp for elderly, $2000 pull out bed (ultra comfortable) on the first floor, and a bathroom, kitchen, and living room all with no steps. There is no shower in the main floor bathroom however. We are not fully handicap accessible, but have amenities to help.

COOK FRIENDLY
Cooking in our kitchen is magical. No more half furnished kitchens with dull knives. We have self-sharpening knives and every measuring cup and spoon. We have top of the line cooking pots and pans and every utensil you could need. We have a pyrex, instapot, crockpot, toaster oven, 4 piece toaster, thermometer, can opener, bottle opener, oven mits, sheets, pans, wine glasses, and so much more. This is a cooks vacation dream come true!

FAMILY/KID FRIENDLY
Got Babies? We have a crib, packnplay, diaper changing station, and baby bath
Got Infants? We supply outlet covers, cabinet locks, baby gates, and a play mat
Got Toddlers? We offer a stroller, TONS of toys, a toddler bed, toddler toilet, and sand pit
Got Kids? We have board games, TVs, a game room and hot tub
Got Boring Adults? We have a puzzle table, cards, wine glasses, and a wood burning fire pit
We have FUN for everyone!
During Meal Time we have a high chair, toddler chair, baby spoons and forks

Please note, a large playground is just 5 MINUTES walking distance from our home. Neighborhood is safe and friendly and full of kids.

GATHERING FRIENDLY
We specifically designed our home to let families gather in whatever way they want. The basement has our home movie theatre with access to all the streaming services on Firestick and AppleTV. The main living room has enough seating for the whole family with no TV to enjoy special time together. The loft is perfect for kids to play safely in while still in ears shot of cooks in the kitchen. Our walkout deck has a patio table with umbrella and grill for summer cooking! And if it's a chilly night, gather some wood and huddle around our wood burning fire pit. This is also a great place to watch for song birds in the morning.

We put our money where our moth is. We are willing to refund a portion of your trip due to any nuisance or problem you may encounter. We can’t refund any of your trip costs if you don’t share any problem you might encounter with in 24 hours of encountering the problem. We ask guests to communicate all problems immediately. All low star reviews are from guests not communicating at all during their stay - very disappointing :(
