Grat hotel but very noisy

The hotel was lovely. However the people staying there were very loud. I was on a workshop retreat and the saturday night i wanted a quiet night in. There was a family above me and their child was running non stop til 10pm and then again at 6:45am. People were out in the halls yelling and laughing. I barely got any sleep. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and spacious and the staff was very nice. If it werent for all the noise it would have been a great trip. But i feel like this is par for the course there. It is conveniently located by a shopping area.
