One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at!! We were treated like family! The food was superb! The accommodations and staff were amazing! The free shuttle came in very handy as our situation unexpectedly required another trip to the airport than planned.

Helpful reception staff. Clean and rooms comfortable. Room service is delivered by a robot - which is fun. Only con - no food available between 12noon and 3pm at weekends, which was annoying as we'd had a long journey and were hungry and tired.

We asked for a room change. It's smelled so rank, the tv cords were cut, and it felt dirty. New room was clearly cleaner. Smelled nice, tv worked.
