The staff were very accommodating, and the unit owner was highly responsive. I had an incredibly smooth stay at this place—100% recommended over any other hotels nearby. The unit came with its own kitchen and complete cooking ware, which was very convenient. It also had a beautiful view and great facilities. The location is excellent as well, close to a supermarket and within walking distance to Greenbelt and other malls.

Manager was often unresponsive to questions. At one point at 2am the power was cut off and the front desk stated that she hadn't paid the electric bill. We also had to make arrangements to allow the maintenance crew time time enter to inspect the fire alarm.

The area in general was great, shopping and site seeing was mostly walking distance from our condo. Public transportation was easily accessible and available when we needed them. Our host was available, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was convenient and pleasant. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

Aircon not that cold, there’s cockroaches, microwave didn’t work, i called the caretaker but they didn’t come to fix it. They don’t clean the room and change towels only if you stay for a week, they didn’t tell you about it until you are already booked, so better book a hotel, they clean the room everyday and change the towels.

Check in was not easy. Had to call and request keys when that should have been all at front desk. The room was unlocked and keys were inside. Fridge didn’t work with the electric socket so had to move to other side to get it to work.

Over all a good stay, some issues with cockroaches in room, more than the odd 1 or 2. General cleanliness was ok, some signs of cosmetic damage in room and Beacon Tower Amorsolo is begining to show some signs of age and wear and tare. Staff friendly

We liked the view. And the pool. However there were some hazards in the unit that we had to make safe for ourselves. Also the refrigerator did not work. Cable was out several times. However we were there for a month and made do. All in all it was an ok unit. But not worth the price.
