I've stayed at this hitel every time I've visited the Philippines. This is the first I wasn't completely satisfied. This visit the TV never worked properly, the sink didn't drain right and the elevators were really slow. I love this property so this was disappointing because I've always rated it 5 star +.

Sage Bar main bartender and the rest of the sage bar staff were wonderful. Gym - perfect. Everyone very service oriented. It’s nice to be met with a smile. Room - carpet, love seat both quite old and worn.
