Many things near by and very nice property and the staff is probably the best I've seen in Manila. The bathtub turns the bathroom into a pool is the only negative lol

Okay for a quick in and out stay

The whole stay was pleasant. The entrance was a bit confusing as there was no visible signage and the driveway was very steep. The bathroom tub was a big negative experience. It was too slippery and too tall so it was hard to get in and out the shower. i slipped while taking a shower so i ended up spraining my ankle. The staff were very kind and approachable. the area around it wasn't so good because the property is situated in the red light district of makati.

No hot water. Had to call for service twice. No ac on 2nd room. No proper instructions for amenities. Master bath did not have proper drainage so upon opening shower door, it overflows. Pencil provided for writing desk was nit sharpened. :-/
