The price is reasonable considering the central location at the Makati Business District. It has restaurants in the building and lots within walking distance. The place is safe, only residents with a key card can access the elevators. There no microwave machine or any cutleries. I had to ask for a hot water kettle. They did not provide coffee or tea in the rooms. There is a refrigerator.

We didn’t enjoy our stay. The hotel room we stayed at doesn’t even a closet where you can hang your clothes. Upon arrival at the room, the bath towels were just placed on the countertop near the small kitchen. The air conditioning seemed to be set in such a way that the temperature changes at a certain point in time.
