"Upon arriving at the property it appeared to be clean but once we left the lobby and first floor the smell of mildew was stifflling and I literally began to get sick from the strong odor. I couldn't believe so many people stayed here. I tried to leave after the first few hours there and unfortunately I couldn't get a refund for my remaining days. This was my first trip with my entire family and I felt like I let them down as their room was overwheled with the odor of mold and mildew. I stay in a different hotel I before and enjoyed it so much better. I realized the longer you stay the more accustom you become to the strong odor"

"Necesitamos 3 habitaciones, una de ellas olía mal y estaba sucia, tuvo que solicitarse un cambio de habitación y dichosamente se pudo. Se percibe humedad en las almohadas, algunas huelen a húmedo, en mi caso el edredón estaba un poco manchado. Algunas áreas de las habitaciones y edificio en general están deterioradas. El Personal es muy atento, muy amable y tienen ganas de ayudar, muchas veces se nota que ellos como empleados quieren dar lo mejor, pero no pueden, el personal es poco muchas veces para tantas personas, al igual que los espacios en los restaurantes. La comida en general estuvo bien, opciones variadas. Los desayunos son limitados, pocas opciones, por estar tan lleno el restaurante de “arriba” nos indicaron ir al de “abajo” que allá todo era igual, pero no fue así, abajo no había casi opciones y tuvimos que volver. Creo que el personal de este hotel es quien hace la diferencia, ayudando y sonriendo siempre, hay un buen servicio, el hotel podría mejorar en instalaciones y opciones, además teniendo más personal en horarios concurridos."
