This beautifully updated one bedroom Riverside Club condo is all about luxurious waterfront living! The exterior entry and open-air stairway, steps from the front door, make it possible to avoid any enclosed public spaces when accessing this second floor unit (an elevator is available). Inside, you'll be wowed by the open, airy spaces and the high-end finishes and decor. The entire unit has been updated with no expense spared and no detail overlooked, providing guests a top-notch experience rivaling that of any five-star resort. The additional windows unique to this corner unit offer sweeping water views from nearly every room inside, as well as from the screened-in lanai. The lanai is the perfect place to catch the morning sunrise, watch dolphins play all day, and wave to boat traffic while enjoying a meal or a cocktail. It also makes an outstanding office for anyone utilizing the condo's high speed internet to "work from home."

This is going to be our new home away from home! Absolutely perfect! The host has thought of every single detail u could possibly need! The labeling of lights, fans, linens etc made things super simple! But the view!!! Wow! Stunning! Sunrise views of jolly bridge & watching the boats! The dolphins were there every day! The communication was outstanding! Location is fantastic! Walking distance to restaurants! Super safe area! Very short drive for groceries, activities. The beach within very reasonable drive!!This is the permanent home of many retirees (hopefully us one day) but that said, it’s a very relaxed & quiet area! Everyone was friendly! Perfection in my opinion! So if a crowd and party type scene is what u want, this is not it. If u want a calm, relaxing laid back vibe, this is it!!! The unit has been updated and very gorgeous! Things that always matter to me are water pressure, excellent! Furniture comfort; very good! Amenities in unit; 100/10! U name it they had it! Coolers, beach towels, chairs, pickle ball equip
 the kitchen was very well equipped! The ac was very cold, to the point we were able to turn it off and open the patio door! Parking if busy season would leave u w a bit of a walk but that was not a problem! Carts are tucked away behind the elevator areas for assisting w getting groceries etc inside! Loved this! There was truly nothing we needed other than our clothes! We cannot wait to rebook!

This condo was amazing! We enjoyed everything about it! The view was priceless we saw so many boats and animals passing by it was incredible! Also the condo was so clean and had everything we needed. All the toiletries and kitchen supplies were provided. We had a bit of an issue getting inside with the keypad but with one phone call we were helped and easily got inside. We will DEFINITELY be back! Anytime we’ve come to Marco, which has been for the past 15 years. We have rented a home and brought our family. This was the first time my husband and I stayed in a condo and it is something I would definitely recommend!

Marco Island Bay-side Retreat

We loved our stay at this property! Marco Island is very quiet and relaxing, and this little place on the water made it even more tranquil and enjoyable. Also convenient as it was nearby lots of attractions on the island: stores, coffee shop, restaurants
we even walked to dinner one night! The property was clean and updated and has a great view of the bay that we got to see boats and dolphins go by every day! Kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of extra blankets, towels, beach gear, etc. were available. Also enjoyed the two pools on site. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat.

The place was perfect for us! Extremely clean and it was in a great location. Loved the lanai. Watched the dolphins and boats every morning with our cup of coffee and glass of wine in the evening. Winter Escape

My husband and I traveled to Marco Island for the first time, looking forward to enjoying a week of relaxation. Hours before our arrival at the condo, we were notified that we would not be able to use the lanai during our stay. We had been previously notified that there would be a 50/50 chance of that happening, so we just took the chance. Unfortunately, it did not work out the way we planned. Construction was ongoing all week long, which we spent most of that time away from the condo. Although the condo was beautifully updated as pictured, not being able to enjoy that view on the water at the price we paid, left us feeling mildly irritated and kind of cheated to say the least, however, we did try to make the best of the situation. We just feel that the price should have been reduced knowing the inconvenience the renters would endure during this phase of construction.

What a great find.....

We previously stayed in Marco Island in a condo on the beach, but decided to try the Riverside Club this time (particularly as it is walking distance to the Snook Inn, our favorite restaurant/bar here.....which was unfortunately still closed following Hurricane Ian!). Bottom line...we'll be returning here again. The apartment is perfect: spacious, clean, great views from the lanai (we saw dolphins regularly, boats, iguanas, osprey and even saw a black-fin shark chasing a stingray!). The communication from the owner and management company was spot on. The only issue we had was car park access as we arrived on the 4th July after 4.00 pm and no-one was around to help when the QR code didn't work. This appeared to be a software issue as the site management left the entry gate open for the remainder of our stay. There are 2 great pools to choose from, relatively empty in July, and our only other recommendation was to get parasols around the pool but, again, this is down to site management. Other than those two points I would recommend this property and its owner 100% and look forward to returning when we come over from England again.

Two weeks in heaven

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the waterfront condo. The room was beautifully laid out, expertly decorated and was equipped with everything we could have asked for to make the stay perfect. Everything is at your fingertips in this beautifully decorated comfortable unit. Just bring your toothbrush and toiletries. The owner has thought of all of your needs. Close to shops and restaurants. or Eat on the lanai watching the boats and dolphins! You’ll love the pool too. We had a wonderful stay.
