This spotless 1 bedroom above-ground private entry apartment has parking right in front. Offering a bright living room/kitchen combo with all you need to prepare any meal, chef approved. Plus, a 4 pc bath, storage room, 12x18 bedroom with a new queen bed, smart tv and work station area. Heat, lights, water, internet and wifi are included. With the great discount offered, you will be responsible for your own personal items during your monthly stay. You have the option of my cleaning service and rates.
There are many sitting areas on the 1.8 acres of park like property with 156" of river frontage. Fabulous sunrises and sunset's. Read under a tree and relax by the river at the large picnic table with lunch/cold drink.

Perfect First Experience
Shirley has an amazing property with comfortable and welcoming home feel, great views, spots to sit and a nice pool. She is an awesome host and a super sweet lady, so glad I got to meet her and stay on the Mira. Hope to go back one day soon!
