Beds were comfortable, breakfast was ok. The hotel is in need of a major fix up. We had to change rooms after check in because the wall in the bathroom was completely broken and the door would not close properly. Second room wasn’t much better..attention to detail is missing lack of care by the staff is evident everywhere. Would not stay here again.

The first room we got was terrible… There were stains in the carpet and on the couch, the room smelled like somebody had just smoked in it, and I was confident there was actual cigarette ash on the desktop. The second room we got was a bit better, enough that we felt comfortable staying in it, but it still wasn’t great. The morning breakfast was not something I wanted to eat. We didn’t bother checking out the pool area but if you were close to it there was an overwhelming smell of chlorine through the halls, which admittedly was better than smelling cigarette smoke.

The building is in need of some work, the carpeted areas have many areas that are a tripping hazard to many. The bath room in our room had not been cleaned from the previous guest, it had used products still in the shower. We called for new towels because we used our towels when we went to the pool, and they did not delivery them, we went to retrieve them after waiting 3 hours. When we did get the towels they gave us the little pool towels.

Poorly managed. Slow unresponsive staff. One young girl at the front desk, with a huge line of people waiting to check in. The breakfast buffet was spartan to be generous and almost all the food was nearly gone before 8:00. No rush to replenish so we left. Would not recommend. Carpets are dirty, cigarette butts all around the front entrance.

The bathroom was disgusting! The bathroom sink was cracked and patched. Trim missing and wall mouldy and rusty. Faucets ancient had trouble turning the shower on and off. Ceiling tile water stained and water everywhere in bathroom after shower leaking down wall and through door and dirty grout. Rug in hallway all dirty and stained. Room in basement felt like andungeon
