The room was ok, nothing in the fridge. We would have appreciated a bottle of water. The dates are wrong it was the night of January 20th, the coldest night yet. We landed at the airport at 7:15 and picked up our luggage at 7:35 and I called the hotel to make sure we had a pick-up to come back to the hotel. The clerk at the hotel told us that there was one at 7:40. We went right outside and there was no-one there from the hotel. We had to walk about 200 feet outside in the -12 weather with just our regular clothes on, nobody had gloves or winter boots or jackets for that matter. We waited 20-25 minutes outside freezing. I couldn’t feel my fingers or my toes and ears. I started to run back to the airport, I was shivering but then my husband said here comes the shuttle. I turned back and we waited for guy to open the door to go inside and warm up and he kept us outside with the door closed to put the luggage in the back before we could go in, at least 10 minutes extra in the cold. He would’t open the door and was really nasty about it. I was so cold that I was crying. Finally we got in and he brought us to the hotel. I had to get into the tub for 15 minutes before I could warm up. Another thing, the bathtub had no faucet so I had to lower the hand shower to fill the tub. This was not human for him to let us freeze like that. Why can’t they pick us up at the airport exit and we could see when he gets there so we wouldn’t have to freeze outside.
