Extremely friendly staff from the front desk to Oliver's!! Room was very clean compared to most hotels! Exceptional service from the time we arrived to the time we left!! The complimentary call shortly after we got into our room was nice as well! Can't wait to come back in the summer!

I booked this for my Anniversary. I checked several places to dine in the area, but we wanted to stay in. Door Dashed him a pizza and called to order room service - after 3 call backs from the front desk, I was advised I couldn't order room service as they were too busy and understaffed. My husbands food arrived and I legit had nothing for supper on my anniversary. I ate a cheese plate I picked up for the drive. It absolutely ruined the evening - we had to go find the liquor store to get drinks, because we couldn't order room service. How about tending to your guests and prioritize them over outside diners. I doubt we will be back!

The room was both clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The property is beautiful I would love to revisit during the summer. I did miss tan elevator as I am having hip problems making stairs difficult. Also I would have do not disturb door hangers.

I had chosen this hotel based on access to an airport shuttle, very convenient. Arrived at the lovely property to be greeted warmly, room very comfortable and the hotel grounds were fun to explore! Lake, gazebo, pool (weather permitting) and sports facilities. Very pleased with my experience.
