Will nickle and dime you. No empathy for travellers unexpected circumstances,. Extra charge for 1 person. Amenities for only 2. Travelled all acrosss canada this summer and stayed in motels every night. This was by far the worst for customer service. Couldn't even get a receipt. "Thats up to Expedia" Its a bed but I would have rather spent my money elsewhere.

Clean bathroom. Noisy area. Had to open window because room was 86°F upon arrival and “air conditioner” only circulated existing air for three hours and temp didn’t decrease. Sketchy security: no door latch on inside. Deadbolt has keyed access from outside room 😳
