The hotel was bright and welcoming. Staff were very friendly and helped us find local events for during the day Saturday. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were very helpful and did an excellent job at maintaining the cleanliness throughout the entire hotel

Tru worked out for us very well. The property and the rooms were clean, the workout room was excellent and it was near several dining option. It had easy access to major highways. I would not hesitate to stay there again, and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Very clean hotel with great staff. The pet friendly policy was over the top. I have stayed at other pet friendly hotels and I like dogs but this place is ridiculous. There were 2 pitbulls in the lobby for about an hour licking the snacks on the bottom shelf. Then there was a little white dog sitting at one of the dining room tables on a pillow so he could reach the table. While trying to get our breakfast, we had to try to avoid stepping on the dog because the owner had it on a long leash while she got her own food. It seems that there are no rules for pet owners because this was all done in front of staff. I will never use Tru again.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed here because it’s pet friendly and we don’t travel without him, plus it’s less than 10 minutes from my sons house.
