Very conveniently located. Easy access to public transport for concert venues, even walkable. The cafes and restaurants are a 5 min walk to Swanston and DeGraves streets. Very stress free.

A lovely hotel, great location and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from. My room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would expect, with bonus free mini bar for the first night and a welcome drink. I would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet, an interesting and modern decor. Great bed, yummy treats, great bathroom - only drawback not sure I want to see myself in a mirror while showering. Very impressive continental breakfast included. A lovely hotel I would highly recommend in a very convenient location.
