Excellent location and very clean with good supply of linen and towels. Kitchen well stocked and wide range of household goods. Bedrooms a bit small but ok and the couch was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise very good stay.

We loved our stay. The property was the perfect location to drive into, park the car and walk. We had extended family on the other side of the Yarra and went to the football at the MCG...nothing was too far away.

Fabulous apartment

The apartment was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The location was quiet and only 5 minutes walk to cafes, restaurants and public transport, we loved our walks along the river to choose a restaurant. We will be staying here the next time we’re in Melbourne.

Fantastic location and as clean as the reviews state.

The apartment is clean and quiet with great air conditioning. Melbourne obviously has extensive 7/11’s etc but it would be nice to have the apartment stocked with a box of spring water or something. Otherwise very nice indeed.

Great location however noisy neighbours

The unit is immaculate and reflects the listing. The location was within walking distance to the City. Parking was a bonus too! Unfortunately paper thin walls and noisy neighbours hampered our experience. We could hear the neighbouring property's TV blaring from the main bedroom every late every night, disrupting our sleep. Not sure anything can be done to address, but it impacted our stay negatively.

Super location, clean, secure

We stayed for 11 nights on a visit to Melbourne. It is a perfect location, only 3 minutes from South Beach, the Royal Gardens, and an easy walk to the tennis center and Melbourne Cricket stadium. The apartment was very clean and very secure with a key fob needed for both entry and use of the elevator. We will definitely look to stay here again when visiting Melbourne.
