Property is in an excellent location. Building is tired and could use a refresh but downside would be higher tariff. Room service missed cleaning one night in 3 I was there but in fairness it was 24-27 Dec so short staffing could be expected. Room 25 suffers noise from pigeons strutting around on roof in daytime and also one night I was woken up by noisy room neighbours but other two nights fine. Overall recommended for those on a budget.

Although a little tired, the price is reasonable, the beds comfortable, the staff are great, and the location is very convenient with many tram/train options to CBD.

a good location and price. friendly staff and on-site eatery. easy access to parking and public transportation. the hotel facilities are old, but functional. maybe it's time for a renovation.
