Room was clean and tidy and beds are comfy. Staff need to explain a bit better on the room keys to be able to access the lift and so forth. Seemed a bit unorganised on arrival at the front counter on trying to check in. But other then that the room was great

Jug was rusty inside so couldn’t use but it’s Melbourne do plenty of coffee options! More than 2 towels would be good. Loved the convenient location and the Thai restaurant below was amazing!

Check in easy, room small and seemingly clean, AC shotty- difficult to program and was not cooling efficiently but was ok. Shower hot and great pressure! Bed was a bit firm as were pillows. Great location, walkable to a lot of attractions, shops, food. Overall a great stay.

The gym was well-equipped, and there was also a steam room. The staff were very accommodating and communicated clearly about the early check-in options that may depend on availability. They managed to arrange a room for me to check in early, which I really appreciated. Central walkable location.

The property was in a good area. The room was clean. The staff was not up to date on my reservation. We were booked in the wrong room, and I was not upgraded. Even after a room change, we still did not have the correct room. We settle for three people in one king bed... not really a good option. We did not receive a free breakfast as described.

Good value hotel. Conveniently close to rail connections and in the heart of the CBD. Just a few minor issues. TV remote didn't function, steam room was mediocre, and Reception staff only allowed extra half hour delay to checkout - and then jealously ensured that I was out of my room!

Small clean and comfy

This is my 2nd trip here and I came the 2nd time because I knew it was all good for me. It’s in a lane way which had little eateries both sides. A lovely little pizza place for a late night meal one time and a lovely cake and muffin place for afternoon tea. And a bar and bistro downstairs. Close to trams plus the large upstairs Galleria at one end across little Collins St which has lots of stores and eateries. The rooms are nothing flash but clean and comfortable (plus a microwave oven and little fridge)
