Walking distance to hospitals
Fantastic close proximity to a number of hospitals. Easily within walking distance to Royal Womens, Royal Melbourne, Peter Macallum & Melbourne Private Hospitals. Rooms are clean. Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to the hospital

This was a great spot to stay with husbands in hospital They have parking at cheap rates. The room was basic but when your mostly visiting hospital its great I would recommend for hospital location. Also shops and Market very close

Comfortable stay given the thumbs up
I booked here because of the price. We found the location to be fine, one tram stop past the free tram zone which ends at Queen Victoria Market. Nearby Woolies Metro and a chemist a little further away as well as the market. The room isn't spacious but suited us with minimal luggage. Trying to work out of two or more larger suitcases might be a challenge. The room was clean but could have benefited from a spring clean. All the obviously regular cleaning including sheets and towels were as clean as you would hope and expect. Nice to have a small balcony and access to fresh air. The aircon worked well if you prefer. Staff on reception were helpful. The kitchenette seemed well equipped and was also clean. The room wasn't serviced during our 5 night stay which is probably reflected in the price. We were happy with our stay and would consider returning again.

I had an unpleasant experience at this property, encountering bugs in the bed mattresses during our stay. Despite addressing the issue with the front staff, they refused to take responsibility for their actions, claiming that bugs were beyond their control. The lack of a sincere apology further added to the frustration. On top that aircon was too noisy looks too old. Expedia, I recommend removing this property from your listings to prevent others from experiencing such irresponsible behavior. I have ample pictures to substantiate my concerns.

Convenient location and very close to tram stop. Room was fine, although could get quite dark - we were unable to sleep with the blind open at all due to a bright outside light shining directly into the room.
