Cosy 2 bedroom house

Conveniently located a few minutes walk from Seddon station, this stylish and functional home will suit both professionals and tourists. Boasting 2 spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobe, the house also offers an elegant living room and a small backyard. The bathroom is modest but clean, and the kitchen has complete appliances (dishwasher and cooking utensils)
Free on street parking for 1 car - 1 stop to Footscray (Hospital, market) - 4 stops from Spencer St station (CBD) - robust WIFI

The house is fairly simple. A front gate will lead you to the front yard that will lead you to the entrance. As you enter the house, you will be facing a corridor where both bedrooms are situated on its right hand side. Both beds are queen size beds (new) with high quality cotton beddings. Both bedrooms have bedside tables, lamps and a wardrobe for you to store your clothes.
At the end of the corridor, you will arrive in the dining and lounge space where multiple seating options are on offer. The TV (new) is connected to internet and had all the main services (NETFLIX - YOUTUBE etc.) available, you will however have to use your own logins to watch them.

Guests will have access to the entire property

Seddon is right next to Footscray where there is a massive food market, hospital and also lot of companies and industries.
Seddon is just a few kilometers west of the CBD, and literally just 4 stops away from the heart of the CBD using the train. Driving to the CBD will take you around 10 minutes outside peak hours.

Seddon train station is a few minutes walk from the house and will take you to the CBD or further west (Werribee line).
Rod Laver Arena would be between 30 to 35 minutes using public transports.

There is a shed in the garden containing a laundry room and also an additional toilet. The additional toilet a bit rudimentary and therefore not listed as part of the amenities. However it is functional, and can be used.
