Cosy Nest in Hawthorn

the unit is well equipped, nicely furnished, modern, clean and suited our needs. However the shower of the ensuite leaked onto the bathroom floor which was a bit of a slip hazard. The situation with picking up and dropping the keys was problamatic for us as we had no car and we had to pick up at a shop.We would have liked a second set of keys but it was just too hard to organise.

The accessibility was difficult, the key pick up was from a vape shop , we couldnt return the key as the vape shop wouldn't accept it, communication was impossible, the owner took a $500 holding deposit out of our account without authorisation, the list could go on. Pick another provider
