Room for second night was not ready. Changed room. Moved from ground level to second floor was very difficult for impaired wife. Then you charged me more for the room! Unacceptable. We will not be staying at Wyndham properties as we now begin our visiting throughout the US...

Staff was rude both check in and out. Floors dirty. Ants in bathroom. Fell in bathroom. No grab b ar in bathtub. No accident report completed. No apology for condition of room. Will never stay at a days inn again.
