Dromana By The Bay :1 min walk to the beach.

Brand new beach house that sleeps 8 people. 3 bedrooms and one sofa bed on the landing. 1 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to local shops, restaurants and bars. There are stand up paddle boards, a canoe, beach chairs and tent for beach activities. Each room has it's own split system to keep cool in summer and warm in winter, also a gas log fire in the lounge room for winter nights. BBQ and outdoor seating with sun lounge /day bed in the backyard.

Great location stay

A group of 6 stayed at Valerie's property for a weekend getaway. The property was gorgeous, beautifully furnished and clean throughout. The kitchen was amazing - abundantly equipped with everything you could need and more. Large cozy couch accommodated us all with inviting gas fireplace. Beds were sooo comfortable. Walking distance to shops. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Location Near The Beach

My family was fortunate enough to stay at this beautiful holiday rental. It was exactly what we were looking for and ticked all the boxes on what we were looking for in a holiday stay. This delightful, airy, lightfilled double storey 3 bedroom, 8 sleep, double garage townhouse with balcony off master, consisting of 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 sofabed, large master with fabulous ensuite and WIR was situated in a perfect location! Literally just 1 minute walk to Dromana beach. Close to shops and dining. It was right in the hub of all we needed. The gracious host presented the rental impeccably. It was styled to perfection and the attention to detail with beautifully presented soaps, towels, lovely linen, pillows and candles just added to the most relaxing and stylish ambience. It truly transported us to feel like we were somewhere like the Hamptons! What an absolute delight to find generous welcome gifts awaiting us. A beautifully equiped kitchen and bbq made preparing food a delight. Washing machine, beautiful modern bathrooms with large showers and bath and refrigerated air conditioning & fan in each room made our stay very comfortable. The large couch was so comfy the kids loved relaxing on it, not to mention the lovely outdoor cabana sofa and balcony furniture was a real treat. The kids had an absolute ball on the paddle board and canoe, so handy only to have to carry them across the road! If its a seaside escape you are after then this is the place for you! Thankyou Valarie for such an amazing stay, you were such a gracious and welcoming host. We can not wait to return!!

Perfect getaway

This property is just perfect. Great location - beach across the road, restaurants a short stroll away. The property is clean and spacious especially the couch in the living room big enough for everyone to sit on. Beads comfy, bathrooms spacious and kitchen has everything you need. A really lovely property owner to deal with. Will stay again if we are back in Dromana
