These guys gave away my room to some one else even though I called them from the airport to say that I am coming and will be late. This lady Mandeep lied and said that she could not find me as having had any reservation through travelocity ! This affects not only the hotel, but is likely to affect my future reliance on travelocity for my hotel needs.
