The room was very clean and nice. What I didn’t like, however, was that no representative was available at 6 pm for check in. They left a note at the desk to call, but I am from another country and didn’t have cell service here. I had to use their own desk phone to call them. I felt a little uncomfortable reaching behind their desk, but I had no other option. The next day there was still no one at the desk for checkout at 8am. I like being able to interact with a person, because I needed the WiFi password and I wanted to get information on local restaurants and the puffing billy, but no one was ever there to speak with. It felt a little impersonal. They left a credit card form and a note for me asking me to write my credit card number on it and leave it on their desk, but I felt uncomfortable with that, because no one was there and I didn’t want to leave my credit card information there for some random person to find.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Occasionally our management do need to attend to matters off site such as meetings, dry cleaning, shopping just to name a few so unfortunately cannot be sitting at the desk 24/7. Your keys were left available for you to ensure you could gain access to your apartment whilst we were working offsite. Our apartments have a very informative compendium located on the bookshelf with all our local information and recommendations, should you of read it, you would of found many local recommendations for restaurants, we also offer many local restaurant brochures in our reception which we are sure you found on your arrival. In regards to the Wi-Fi password, this is not only in the compendium also, but also located on the back of your apartment door, however, should you be unable to locate either of these, you can always contact us with the in room telephone (as you did). We also state reception opens from 9am, but should you of had an questions or concerns our managers live on site and would of been more than happy to answer them for you should they of been given the opportunity. We do hope that in future our helpful and friendly staff will be given the opportunity to greet you on your arrival and departure should they not be attending to other "behind the scenes" business matters off site. Should you wish to discuss your concerns further, we are always available via telephone or email.
