One of the staff sent me to the wrong floor for cutleries, then when he told me right floor the kitchen was closed for cleaning. He was not helpful at all. Even laughed and no apology, maybe hire better staff.

Has no elevator, but if you're able bodied, walking up and down stairs is no problem and keeps those fitness levels up!! To get to and from CBD you will need tram 57, get off at stop 11 on Errol Street in North Melbourne and then walk a little bit. To get on the Tram to the CBD you just need to get on at the stop on the corner of Errol Street and
