Accommodation pretty good, clean and presentable (though towels were pretty worn) And disappointing part is that you have to pay for parking - it should be part of the package

Great place, decent location

Good place, big, clean. There’s a manned check in desk which makes things easy. Parking available (but you have to pay for overnight). Would stay again

Had trouble gaining access to the apartment after hours. It was lucky an employee had seen me trying to enter and stopped to help get key out of the safe. For some reason key wasn't dropping out of the safe. Thanks to the employee for stopping. Very grateful.

Burwood apartment

Apartment was modern and spacious as advertised. Bit of a hiccup with checkin, but sorted in good time. The advertisement states there are two bathrooms, but there is only one, but it was a beautiful large space. Thank you.

Family Vacation

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious for our family of 3 and looked like what we had booked online. Easy parking, a huge benefit having the tram right across the road and an easy check in process made our stay even better. Just a couple of minor things; as it was the Christmas/New Year period the room took longer to be serviced and we had some communication issues (trying to get in contact with reception), but overall was a wonderful place to stay for our 9 nights in Melbourne, and would happily stay again.

Bait and switch

Advertised as King bed and Queen bed. Photos show room overlooking courtyard. Given Queen bed and 2 singles with room fronting highway, without double paned glass. Very noisy, a bit run down (old appliances, blinds falling down). Property manager would not move us or give compensation. Stayz live chat agent promised to send email to property manager and me, but did not. Overall a very bad experience. Beware of paying in full before arrival - you will have no recourse. Stayz demonstrates all care and no responsibility. I will not be booking with Stayz again.

I have a terrible experience with Stayz Burwood appartments. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment 2 months prior of our stay and have the confirmation with me. At the time of check in, the reception lady said that there is no 2 bedroom apartment available and they only have 1 bedroom apartment available, which is not enough space for my family. After 10 minutes of requesting for 2 bedroom apartment they have given us 2 bedroom apartment just for a night and then we booked a hotel for other 2 nights in double of the price as nothing else was available

Fellas in Melbourne

We booked this place on short notice and they were fantastic to work with, reasonable pricing, right next to public transport and a great apartment for a small group of people

Modern, clean and comfortable, close to shops, parks and public transport

Stayed for 2 weeks and very happy with all facilities. It was just a shame the courtyard and gym were off limits due to Covid. This is the only thing that was not accurate on the listing for this apartment. Would happily stay again.
