What a really nice room! Spotless. Really nice staff. Lovely breakfast buffet. Easy shuttle back to the airport in the morning. We were dropping off a rental car and swung by the hotel first and parked in the underground parking. They validated our parking ticket so we could park for free for about 20 minutes to check in and drop off our luggage before going back to take the car to the drop off point. Then we walked back from the terminal to the hotel, which was fine but a little confusing because there is a lot of construction going on at the airport at the moment, but we managed just fine with maps on our phone. Just a really nice experience.

Rooms are great and an easy walk to/from the airport. The gym is the largest I've ever seen for a hotel, absolutely fantastic. Even had compression leggings. The restaurant was great and breakfast was excellent. There aren't many food options around otherwise though, and we found UberEats etc did not deliver around the airport.

The room service ordering, accuracy of order and follow up with issues was not acceptable. The runway view room that we paid extra for was really a view of the cargo area. Shouldn't be called runway view.
