The hotel staff and the hotel itself were great. However, the restaurant staff as well as the food can certainly improve. We paid for a breakfast buffet, and but there was no coffee available.We had to pay for our coffees separately. These were not good at all.

Shuttle was great. Even though we weren’t far from the hotel, Google maps had us going a weird route to walk to the hotel that seemed superfluous but since we were unfamiliar with the area we didn’t want to be adventurous. We called for a shuttle and they sent one immediately. We didn’t actually eat there.

I think the downside was there was no portacot on our room.when we arrived despite requesting this in advance. Also the 4am fire alarm whilst not necessarily the fault of the hotel was certainly not ideal!
